Processing Time

Generally, we try to process your order within four working days from the time we receive it. However, please understand that during sale periods, the processing times may be a little longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

If you require your items urgently, do call us at 81131280. Please note that for urgent deliveries, the delivery fee increases to S$12.00 for non-CBD areas and S$14.00 for zones within the CBD.

Delivery Information

Do read on below for an indication of delivery times as these vary from country to country. However, should items in your purchase list be out of stock , 

there may be a further delay in getting the items to you. 

Singapore:

• There is a S$8.00 delivery fee for delivering the products in Singapore. If you wish your items to be sent to the CBD area, please note that our courier imposes a $2 surcharge, making the delivery fee S$10.00. 

• Usual processing time for an order is 2 to 3 business days. Our courier will then attempt to deliver your items within 5 working days from the date that your order is processed. Your total waiting time (processing time and delivery time) will therefore range from 3 to 8 working days. Deliveries will take place during weekdays. 

• The cheque to Little Dreamers or exact cash amount is to be passed to the courier upon delivery of products. 

• An extra trip required for a failed delivery or exchange of products will incur a fee of S$8.00.

 Malaysia

• A flat transport fee of S$12 is charged for deliveries throughout West or Peninsular Malaysia. Your order will take approximately 7 to 20 working days to reach you, after confirmation of your order. This may be subject to further delays if you order items over a national holiday. Our packages are registered with Singapore Post so that we are able to track our items to ensure that they have reached you.

 Other Areas:

• For overseas orders (other than the above areas), please write in to enquire about delivery rates by either Air-Mail or WorldWide Courier prior to placing your order. You will receive an email with rates quotation from us. You can then choose which shipping option you prefer.

• At the present moment, we do not deliver to Africa.

Singapore:

      Credit Cards Online

• You can choose to pay for Little Dreamers' products with your credit cards.  Secure online payment with credit cards is done through our electronic gateway managed by Worldpay. Transactions are encrypted using industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture, and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.       Credit Cards via Fax or Phone

• You also have the option of making your payments offline via fax or phone. Simply call or fax to our line at (65) 81131280 with your product numbers and credit card number prepared. We will note your credit card details and submit the information to the bank through our secure payment gateway. Little Dreamers does not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. 

      Cheques and Money Orders

•  Payment for online orders can also be done through cheques and money orders (crossed and made out to Little Dreamers).  You can pass this to our courier upon delivery of the products. Simply use our shopping cart to order the desired items and proceed to give us your particulars and delivery details. Please click 'Email Order' at the Check Out page. We will send the invoice to your email.

      Direct Banking

• You can also deposit your payment directly into Little Dreamers' corporate account via internet banking, atm transfer or over the counter in banks. Please email (sales@littledreamers.com.sg)  or fax us (65-62552179) your orders prior to direct banking and indicate that you prefer this mode of payment.  

      Cash on Delivery

• You can choose to pay cash upon receiving your products. This is applicable only for orders sent to mainland Singapore. If you choose this method of delivery, simply use our shopping cart to order the desired items and proceed to give us your particulars and delivery details. Next, click 'Email Order' on the Check Out page. We will send the invoice to your email.

      Credit Cards Online

• International customers can choose to pay for Little Dreamers' products with credit cards.  Secure online payment with credit cards is done through our electronic gateway managed by Worldpay. Cancellation/ Refund/ Return Policies

• A refund may be given for orders cancelled prior to shipping. A $5 administrative fee may be imposed by Little Dreamers.  Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Little Dreamers.

• Replacement of an item in your order with another item of similar value is allowed, prior to shipping. Exchanges will be given at the sole discretion of Little Dreamers.

• Should you wish to return your goods, please contact Little Dreamers within 10 working days of receipt of the items. Products are returnable in the event of a shipping error, defect or damage only.  Returns will be given at the sole discretion of Little Dreamers. 

Privacy Statement

• Little Dreamers is committed to protecting our customers' and online visitors' privacy on our web site.  We do not sell, share, or provide your  information to third parties. Your personal details are used to complete your secure orders of our natural products and for delivery purposes. We may also use your contact information to get in touch with you when necessary. 

• We offer promotional emails as a service to our customers.  Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings by emailing sales@littledreamers.com.sg
